ELICODESA
The full City Council in urgent extraordinary meeting held on October 25, 2002, in its fourth issue, agreed to form a corporation sole, with full municipal capital, under the name "Municipal Company Cleaning Schools and municipal agencies (ELICODESA , SA) "and approve its Statutes.
Towering subsequently in writing authorized by the Notary of this city, Don Antonio Abad Pérez-Beyto, on November 5, 2002, under no. 1007 protocol and registered in the commercial register of the province of Cadiz, volume 1556, folio 89, Section 8, CA-23527 sheet, 1st inscription.
They are in these Bylaws, by governing the Municipal Society, where Article 2 is determined that the purpose of the same: "The corporate purpose cleaning and maintenance of schools, buildings, facilities and public agencies located in municpal end of Sanlucar de Barrameda, whether municipal, provincial, regional or state-owned, the maintenance comes attributed to the city by legal or conventional title.
It also constitutes the corporate purpose collaboration, advice and administrative services interpretation of municipal enterprises ".
